The 1 1/4″ strap is also leather but has a handmade woven pattern on the top and trimmed edges to keep it all together. The underside of the strap is lined with soft pigskin for added comfort. The double layer premier leather sandal offers all the great features found in our single layer leather sandal, but with an added layer of mid sole and pin line, which starts at the arch and rises towards the heel, for even more comfort and support. The mid sole is made to break down 10% under each foot so you have the perfect mold for your individual feet. We use bonded nylon thread to stitch the nylon toe piece together using our box X stitch pattern, we use the best materials and techniques so there is no fraying, and the stitch will not pull out.
